Reno Longevity · For Leadership Teams

The one capability on your leadership team you’ve never measured.

Every asset in your business is tracked — except the physical capability the people themselves run on. The Corporate Capability Day is a single, structured read on where your leadership team actually stands.

The Unmeasured Asset

Your most concentrated risk sits in the people you can’t replace.

A leadership team is a small number of people carrying an outsized share of the company’s judgement, relationships and momentum. You measure their output constantly.

Their physical capability — the thing that decides whether they’re still operating at that level in five and ten years — goes unmeasured entirely. Not declining, necessarily. Just unknown.

And what’s unknown can’t be managed. This is a calm look at a variable you currently run blind on — nothing more alarming than that, and nothing less important.

Coverage vs. Visibility

You already cover their health. That isn’t the same as seeing it.

Private medical cover, annual screenings, a wellness budget — these confirm your team is looked after. None of them tells you where each person’s capability actually sits today, or which way it’s trending.

Coverage is insurance against the acute. This is visibility into the gradual — the slow, quiet changes that never trigger a claim until they have already cost something. One protects against the event. The other lets you act before there is one.

The Diagnostic

Not a wellness day. A diagnostic.

The Corporate Capability Day is a compressed, live version of the individual Capability Assessment — the same five domains, the same scoring, the same Executive Standard benchmark — run across your leadership cohort in a single sitting.

It produces data, not motivation. A wellness event leaves a room feeling better for an afternoon. This one leaves you with a measured picture that is still true next quarter — and a benchmark you can run again.

The Capability Circuit

Five domains. One score.

Each executive moves through the Capability Circuit — every domain scored against a defined Executive Standard, returned as an overall capability score out of 100.

Measurement, scored the same way every time — not observation, and not opinion.

01
Body Composition & Metabolic Baseline
Our position: composition is a platform, not a verdict. It’s read first because every other domain loads onto it.
02
Posture & Structural Alignment
Our position: alignment decides where load actually goes. It’s read before load is added, rather than after something complains.
03
Mobility & Range of Motion
Our position: range is the ceiling on everything above it. A body only strengthens through the range it actually has.
04
Stability, Balance & Proprioception
Scored, not eyeballed. The ten-second single-leg stance is a standardised measure used in peer-reviewed research on middle-aged and older adults — which is why balance is scored here rather than assumed.Araujo CG et al., Br J Sports Med 2022;56(17):975–980 (n=1,702, aged 51–75).
05
Strength & Physical Capability
Grip and sit-to-stand: the cheapest honest read available. Grip strength is one of the most studied physical markers there is — tracked across 142,861 people in 17 countries, and corroborated in a UK cohort of 502,293. A marker examined at that scale is worth measuring rather than assuming.Leong DP et al., PURE, Lancet 2015;386:266–273; corroborated in Celis-Morales CA et al., BMJ 2018;361:k1651 (UK Biobank).
What You’ll Know

The aggregate team capability report.

We won’t promise you an outcome. We’ll measure it, show you where it sits, and measure it again.

Your payoff from the day is a single, board-legible document: where your leadership cohort sits against Executive Standard, the domains where the team is collectively weakest, and the shared capability risk the group is carrying.

All of it anonymised — no individual’s scores are ever exposed to the business. For most organisations it is the first time this has been visible at all.

Run it again next year and the report becomes a trend. Same five domains, same scoring, same bar — so the second one isn’t a fresh opinion, it’s a comparison. What moved, what didn’t, and by how much. One report is a picture; two is a direction.

  • Cohort vs. Executive Standard — where the team stands, at a glance.
  • Shared weakest domains — where capability is concentrated-risk across the group.
  • Collective capability risk — anonymised, board-legible, re-runnable.

Every executive also leaves with their own private scorecard and a clear read on where they stand — the individual clarity that makes the day land, and the conversation that carries it across the company.

Two Formats

Built around your calendar, not the other way around.

The Cohort Half-Day

Your full leadership team together for a single afternoon (~3.5 hours). The aggregate read lands hardest in a full room.

Rolling Pairs

Executives seen two at a time across a working day, so the office never fully stands down. Two people out for forty minutes — not a team out for an afternoon.

If releasing the team is the concern, Rolling Pairs removes it entirely.

The Method & The Evidence

One consistent method — described the same way by people who’ve never met.

Every assessment and progression is built on the NASM OPT model. Nothing is programmed because it’s popular; everything follows the same order — assess, build the foundation, then load.

Re-test

“A clear system and methodology — structure that translates into sustainable results.”

Aki Mishra

“Stability, mobility and posture first — a real foundation before load. The best of personal training and physiotherapy.”

Marie-Sophie

“The first to assess ability holistically, rather than assume it.”

Catherine Clifford

Founder-led. Every day is run personally by Reno Longevity’s founder — 11+ years of practice and more than 10,000 one-to-one sessions, with around 78% of clients executives or business owners who stay an average of 1.8 years — and delivered through BodyReno Executive, the specialist performance wing of the House. That practice is one-to-one; a capability day is what it looks like brought into a room.

Privacy & Data

Measured in confidence. Reported in aggregate.

Assessing capability means handling personal data with care. The discipline is built into how the day runs — and it is the same discipline every time.

  • Participation is opt-in. Every executive gives explicit consent before anything is scored.
  • The company sees only the aggregate. No individual’s scores are shared with the employer — the report is anonymised by design.
  • Each person owns their data. Individual scorecards belong to the executive, stored securely to their private portal.
  • Nothing is diagnosed. The day organises and visualises capability data; any clinical interpretation rests with the individual’s own physician.
The Engagement

One day. A fixed fee. A picture you can’t currently buy any other way.

The Corporate Capability Day is a flat-fee engagement — not a per-head wellness cost, and not a subscription. That is the whole day: the room, the equipment, the live scoring and the aggregate report.

The only variables — your preferred format, headcount and any travel — are what the scoping call is for.

Questions

The questions leadership teams ask first.

Is this just a wellness workshop?+

No — it’s a diagnostic. Five domains, scored against a defined Executive Standard and returned as data: the same assessment your executives would take individually, run as a team.

We can’t stand the whole team down for an afternoon.+

Then you don’t. The Rolling Pairs format sees two people at a time across a normal working day; the office never fully stops.

What do we actually walk away with?+

One anonymised aggregate report on where your leadership cohort’s capability sits, plus a private scorecard for each participant — a board-legible picture and a benchmark you can re-run.

How is employee health data handled?+

Participation is opt-in and consented. The company sees only the anonymised aggregate; individual results belong to the individual, stored to their private portal. The day organises and visualises data — it doesn’t diagnose.

How long does it take?+

A single day. The Cohort Half-Day runs about 3.5 hours; Rolling Pairs spans a working day at roughly forty minutes per pair.

Who is it for?+

Leadership teams carrying real concentration of responsibility — founder-led firms, private equity and portfolio companies, family offices, and operationally intensive businesses.

Request a Scoping Call

See where your leadership team actually stands.

Tell us a little about your team and we’ll arrange a short scoping call to set the format, logistics and a firm quote. The Capability Day suits leadership groups; if you’re exploring for a single executive, the individual assessment is the better first step.

No calendar booking, no payment online — an appointment-only house sets format and logistics on the call.

Thank you.

We’ll be in touch shortly to arrange your scoping call.
